Through a Veil Darkly: Finding Bewan and the Old Wyrd Site in ESO
This was one of the most frustrating quests I have encountered thus far in this game.
It is no problem to get to the correct dungeon, however, once you are in it the in-game direction is terrible. However, I eventually figured it out and now will tell you how to do it as well!
Beat the Boss: Look for the Old Wyrd Site
It is impossible to tell on the map, but there is actually a little nook near the boss you can go through to continue this quest.
This is what the scenery looks like to the right of the "boss" of this area. Go to the right of that distinctive tree shown.
Take a right once you finish the boss (or go to the right of the image shown above). There is a dark area covered with brush. If you see something called the Old Wyrd Site, congrats! You found it!
See this? It looks innocent enough but if you approach it you will see it is actually the Old Wyrd Site you are looking for.
Just click and go in. The quest is easy to complete from here.
